Depending where you are along the product development spectrum will determine which services you need to get you over the finish-line and successfully launch your product into the marketplace.

Regardless of which financing option you choose, Ideation Navigation will take control of the project management process in order to ensure a successful product launch. Control can either be from an equity position in the company, or via the operating agreement that governs the new product/partnership arrangement, ie. the newly formed Limited Liability Corporation (LLC).

1 Equity Position

Together we will analyze what is needed to launch the company and to develop a fair equity position between the inventor and Ideation Navigtion

2 Pay Services

Pay for services may be used for a product that is closer to product launch, patented and only needs some financing for manufacturing, or marketing and distribution. A customized cost proposal will be determined for your specific project based upon your needs. We will take smaller equity position in the company because these services are highly discounted.

3 Hybrid

Hybrid financing is a combination of the two, equity and pay for services. After completing the analysis of services, you can choose to pay a monthly rate depending on services needed.These service will be offered at a discount in exchange for equity position in the company.
